This Kingsville kitchen project garnered Welsh Construction Remodeling Co. a 2003 ROYAL Award in the "Residential Kitchen Under $50,000" category.

Topping this year's list of award recipients is Welsh Construction Remodeling Co. of Baltimore. The company will receive MICA's first place Remodeler of the Year Award in the "Residential Kitchen under $50,000", "Residential Bath Under $40,000" and "Residential Specialty" categories.
Close behind Welsh is ARDO Contracting of Columbia. ARDO will be presented two first place honors for projects in the "Residential Interior Over $40,000" and "Residential Exterior Over $50,000" categories.

ADR Builders of Timonium will be saluted with first place in the "Residential Kitchen Over $50,000" category and second place (tie) in the "Residential Exterior Over $50,000" competition.

Bel Air Construction of Bel Air completes the list of multiple award winners with two second place Awards of Merit in the "Residential Exterior Over $50,000" and "Entire House" competitions.

Other home improvement companies being presented first place Remodeler of the Year Awards by MICA include: Gilday Design & Remodeling of Silver Spring in the "Residential Bath Over $40,000" category, American Contracting Services of Jarrettsville in the "Residential Interior Under $40,000" category, BGE Home in the "Residential Exterior Under $50,000" category, and Touse Remodeling of Columbia in the "Entire House" category.

Also to be honored with Awards of Merit are Kitchen Savers of Baltimore in the "Residential Kitchen Under $50,000" category, American Contracting Services in the "Historic Renovation" category, and Sun Spots, Inc. of Annapolis in the "Residential Specialty" category.
