1.
Residential Kitchen under $50,000 - Best residential kitchen
remodel with a total project cost under $50,000. Only interior photos
may be used.
2.
Residential Kitchen of $50,000 or over. Best residential kitchen
remodel with a total project cost of $50,000 or over. Only interior
photos may be used.
3.
Residential Bath under $40,000 - Best residential bath remodel
with a total project cost under $40,000. Only interior photos may
be used.
4.
Residential Bath $40,000 or over - Best residential bath remodel
with a total project cost of $40,000 or over. Only interior photos
may be used.
5.
Residential Interior under $50,000 - Includes, but is not limited
to such projects as family or recreation room remodeling, attic
or basement conversions, etc. with a total project cost of under
$50,000. Work must be done within the existing walls of a residential
structure. This category does not include room additions. Only interior
photos may be used.
6.
Residential Interior $50,000 or over - Includes, but is not
limited to such projects as family or recreation room remodeling,
attic or basement conversions, etc with a total project cost of
$50,000 or over. Work must be done within the existing walls of
a residential structure. This category does not include room additions.
Only interior photos may be used.
7.
Residential Exterior under $50,000 - Includes, but is not limited
to, such projects as additions, dormers, add-a-levels, etc. with
a total project cost under $50,000. Work must be done to the existing
walls of a residential structure, the project cannot have changed
the exterior footprint or elevation of the existing structure in
more than one location. Interior and exterior photos may be used.
8.
Residential Exterior $50,000 or over- Includes, but is not limited
to such projects as additions, dormers, add-a-levels, etc. with
a total project cost of $50,000 or over. Work must be done to the
existing walls of a residential structure, the project cannot have
changed the exterior footprint or elevation of the existing structure
in more than one location. Interior and exterior photos may be used.
9.
Residential Specialty - Includes, but is not limited to such
projects as awnings, patio covers and carports, railing and columns;
brick, stone and masonry work; tiling; solar panels; air conditioning
and heating; gutters and leaders; free standing fireplaces; decks,
greenhouse rooms, glass and screen enclosures; vestibules; siding,
roofing and insulation; window and door replacement, etc. Work must
have been done to an existing residential structure.
10.
Entire House - A project that remodeled or renovated a substantial
portion of the entire residential house, inside and outside, or
where multiple additions and/or style changes in footprint or elevation
have been made in more than one location.
11.
Insurance Restoration - When a home is damaged or destroyed
by fire, storm or flood, it takes a special team to bring everything
back in order.
12.
Commercial Project - Includes, but is not limited to such projects
or operations as cosmetic facelift, sliding, roofing, and insulation;
windows and doors; railing, columns, brick, stone and masonry work;
tiling; solar panels; air conditioning and heating; gutters and
leaders; etc. Work must have been done to an existing commercial
structure.
13.
Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration - The renovation/restoration
of the interior and/or exterior of a house or a compatible addition
featuring period design and materials. The house must be a residential
structure at least 50 years old.
