Remodelers of the Year > 2004 Award Winners 
Every year the Maryland Improvement Contractors' Association (MICA) recognizes the top remodelers in the state with Remodelers of the Year Awards. Projects in 13 categories were judged on aesthetic appeal, construction techniques, the handling of unusual situations, attention to detail, and/or financial success of the venture.
